Photocopies of certificates duly attested by the Principal/ Head of the Institution need be sent with the application form.

1. Family Income Limits
   
   a. For Cat 'A' Scholarship - BPL Certificates
   
   b. For Cat 'B' ITI Students - No Income Certificate will be required.
   
   c. For those in employment - Rs.4.00 Lac per year.Certificate issued by the Employer.
   
   d. For all others - Rs.2.50 Lac per year. Income Certificate obtained from the competent authority of the area, including Patwari, Panchayat Head, BDO, any Gazetted Officer, any Retired. I.A.S, I.P.S or I.R.S Officer.

3. A student should apply for this scholarship only once in the duration of the course.
   
   
4. Last date for receipt of application for the academic session 2014-15 is 31-12-2014.
   
   For the year 2015-16 onwards, the last date for receipt of applications will be 31st October
   
   of every year. Application received late will not be entertained.


5. The student should not be getting any other scholarships from any other source.
   
   
6. Scholarship shall be discontinued after the student crosses 30th year of age.
   
   
7. i) For scholarships in CAT 'A' - BPL Students only
   - Girl students - No Limit
   - Boy students - Maximum 5 scholarships per institution per year in addition to continuing
   scholarships.
   
   i ii) Only a maximum of 10 new scholarships for Non-BPL Students (Boys & Girls) & 10 nos. of girl
   students belonging to BPL family, in addition to continuing scholarships can be sanctioned for one
   college/ institution in a year.
   
   
8. Following certificates duly attested by the Principal/ Head of the Institution should also be submitted with the Application Form :
   
   i) A certificate from Principal/ Head of the Institution that the student is not getting any other scholarship.
   
   ii) For Physically Challanged - Certificate from a competent authority.
   
   iii) Photocopy of Marks Card of the last exam passed.
   
   
   iv) For hostelers, a certificate from the warden in the prescribed form downloadable from our website.
   
   v) For widows and wards of Ex-servicemen :
   
   a. PPO
   
   b. Ex-servicemen widow I-Card
   
   c. Relationship Dependency Certificate.

Caution : Please ensure information and documents furnished are absolutely genuine and correct, failing which action will be taken as we have stringent system of checking and verification by which some persons were caught and punished.
